"A Troubadour Journey" based on my experiences walking St Oswald's Way & The Way of Light from Holy Island to Durham Cathedral last June (2025) - is now RELEASED ! To get to this point has been (literally) an incredible journey and I've been bowled over by the generosity and encouragement of friends and supporters who have swung in in so many different ways to make the all the elements of this epic project come to life. The songs - written over the course of the Autumn last year on location in the Cheviot Hills and on Lindisfarne itself now begin their own journey out into the world. 

I hope you enjoy the music that covers stories about walking across the Pilgrim Sands from Holy Island to the mainland, tributes to the spell-binding nature of the Northumbrian Coast, tales of the Northern Saints and following the wind over the Simonside Hills right the way through to approaching Durham as a weary pilgrim at the end of the road. 

I'm thrilled to be offering a physical album copy as part of the release. It's the perfect 'Listening Companion' - a 6 panel cover, 32 page booklet combination that also includes a CD. The package features the stunning artwork of wonderfully talented Northumbrian based artist Rebecca Vincent , photographs I took on the journey together with lyrics and notes and song introductions all held together by the amazing design work of Tim Roberts.
